Terms of Use

These terms explain how GamerFlix works and what applies between you and us. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy. GamerFlix is operated by MONK GAMES TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 69.882.142/0001-26.

This is a translation of the Portuguese terms, which prevail if the two differ.

1. What GamerFlix is

GamerFlix is a training platform for Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 players. Treino, its first product, shows real moments from pro matches, pauses at the second of the decision, asks for your play and then shows what the pro player did and why. It's a study tool: we don't promise you'll rank up.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 13 to create an account.
• Players under 18 only train after their guardian authorizes the account, through the link we email them. The guardian is responsible for the minor's account.
• One account per person. The account is personal: don't lend or share it.

3. Your account

• Use true details, especially your date of birth.
• Keep your password safe. What happens on your account is your responsibility; if you suspect someone else got in, change the password and let us know.
• Your nickname appears on the leaderboard if you choose. Don't use nicknames that are offensive, that impersonate someone else (pro players included) or that contain personal data. We may change or hide a nickname that breaks this rule.
• You can delete your account whenever you want, on your account page.

4. Plans

• Free: 3 drills a day, in any mode, with a rating, leaderboard and monthly season.
• Premium: unlimited drills in every mode, the full daily drills and retrying the drills you got wrong. For now Premium is sold only in Brazil, in reais.
• We may add, change or remove drills and modes, and the site may be offline for maintenance or failures. We do our best to warn you beforehand.

5. Premium subscription and payments

• Prices appear in reais on the subscription page, before payment.
• Payment is processed by Asaas, our payment processor, by credit card, Pix or boleto, with the payer's name and CPF.
• The subscription renews by itself at the end of each period (monthly or yearly), with the same payment method, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: at any time, on your account page, under "Cancelar a assinatura". After you cancel there are no new charges, and Premium lasts until the end of the period already paid.
• Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of a subscription's first payment you can change your mind and get the full amount back (art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code). Cancel the subscription and write to suporte@gamerflix.com.br; we refund through the same payment method.
• For renewals, cancelling applies from the next period: there's no partial refund of a period already started, except where the law requires one.
• If a payment isn't confirmed, Premium continues until the end of the period already paid and then returns to the free plan.
• If the price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the renewal, and you can cancel before it.
• Accounts of players under 18: the subscription is taken out and paid for by the guardian, with their name and CPF, and they get an email with the plan, the price and how to cancel.

6. Fair play

For the leaderboard and the season to be fair, you may not:

• use programs, scripts or any automation to answer drills;
• have more than one account, or play on someone else's account;
• exploit bugs in the site to earn points; if you find one, tell us;
• attack, overload or try to access parts of the site that aren't yours.

If that happens, we may reset the rating, remove the account from the leaderboard, suspend it or, in serious cases, close the account. Season rewards are badges only: there are no cash or physical prizes.

7. Content and trademarks

• The drills are built from pro matches. The texts, the explanations, the map floor plans, the code and the GamerFlix brand are ours.
• Use is personal and non-commercial: don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the drills.
• GamerFlix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 are registered trademarks of Valve Corporation, and the game images are Valve's official promotional material.

8. Liability

We answer for our services as the law provides, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code. We're not liable for failures of third-party services we don't control, such as your connection, the games, or Steam's and Google's login services.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes are announced by email to account holders at least 15 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel the subscription and delete the account.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms follow the laws of Brazil. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence.
